## Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION

This pre-solicitation pertains to Lucky Peak Dam Water Quality Testing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The intent is to purchase water quality testing services. This will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541380, and the associated small business size standard is a maximum of $19,000,000. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside.

This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via https://sam.gov/ soon detailing requirements for the Lucky Peak Dam Water Quality Testing. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Conducting business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the Contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM).
