This sources-sought announcement is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation. Only those firms who respond to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: (1) Your intent to submit a quote for this project when it is formally advertised. (2) Name of firm with address, phone and point of contact. (3) CAGE Code, UEI number or a copy of your System for Award Management (SAM) information. (4) Can your company provide the required items within the technical specifications? If so, please provide a specifications sheet of the items you have that meets the characteristics. (5) What is the fastest delivery time after award your company could provide these items and commissioning services? (6) Will your company be completing the on-site testing/commissioning services for this requirement? If not your company, then who? (7) Is warranty included? If so, how long? As the technical specifications include on-site start-up commissioning, will the warranty extend 12 months once the commissioning is complete? (8) Please provide a statement on the approximate percentage of work expected to be subcontracted for these services and identify the subcontractors, if applicable.
