Please see the attached Technical Specifications with attachments and the following questions. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: (1) Can your company provide the products required in the specs? Statement of Capability (SOC) stating your skills, experience, knowledge, and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. (2) Does your company offer these products commercially?
