Solicitation No. W912EF25Q0041 Amendement Two (2) The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quote Item List in the solicitation. Modifications are in red text. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Solicitation No. W912EF25Q0041 Amendement One (1) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solictiation offer due date from Tuesday, June 03, 2025 at 10:00AM (PST) to Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10:00AM (PST).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Little Goose Lock and Dam (LGA) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as State standards.

**Period of Performance:** Base year: June 14, 2025 – June 13, 2026, Option Year One: June14, 2026 – June 13, 2027 Option Year Two: June 14, 2027 – June 13, 2028 BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solictiation.
