## Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to issue an order on a Sole Source basis to DILO Company, Odessa, Florida, for calibration and repair of two (2) SF6 gas analyzers. DILO Company has the unique proprietary knowledge of the service needed by USACE to calibrate the SF6 gas analyzers. This is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated service and supplies may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
