Retrofitting the Square D breaker requires OEM manufactuer expertise for design, installation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure complete, safe, and proper function of the new breaker in conjunction with the existing switchgear. Schneider has completed previous custom retrofitting work (W912EF20P0003) and retains proprietary drawings that will allow them to supply and service this new requirement. Onsite work will be performed at the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery (DNFH). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored.
