## Description

Contractor shall be required to perform a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) wire rope examination/inspection in accordance with ASTM E157-11 on the upstream navigation lock gate hoist ropes to determine if they show any local flaws or measurable Loss of Magnetic Area (LMA).
