The Corps has proprietary jurisdiction within federal regulations over all CORPS administered lands and waters, and the Walla Walla County Sheriff has jurisdiction to enforce all state and local laws that exist. This requirement is to provide services for Law Enforcement Patrol at Mill Creek Project, Walla Walla, WA.
