## Description

**Summary of Work:** The Mill Creek Low Flow Channel Notching, Phase 2 Project is aimed at improving fish passage conditions within the federal reach of Mill Creek. One of the primary barriers to fish passage is the 84 sills within the project’s reach originally installed to stabilize the stream bed between left and right bank levees. This project will demolish a portion of the existing concrete stabilizers and install new concrete weir structures.

The new weir design will be based on three prototype weirs installed in 2012. In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. § 637(a)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, Contract award W912EF24C0007 was awarded to Advancia Remediation Services, LLC on May 3, 2024. Total contract award is $5,664,970.00.
