This solicitation is being issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement 488330 - Navigational Services to Shipping, Size standard of $47,000,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for the services of two marine traffic controllers on separate contracts to assist during the Mat Sinking Unit revetment season. The contractor will be responsible for all work stated in the scope of work. The base portion of this contract is for 720 hours of work during November 3, 2025, to December 4, 2025. The two options will also be for 720 hours each with dates to be determined later. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
