Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 5:00 PM CST on 4 December 2024, will be considered. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
