## Description

This requirement is being procured as a sole source to Sheffield Rentals (CAGE Code: 45XN5).The period of performance is set to begin on 24 February 2025 through 28 March 2025. Theestimated value is not to exceed $18,000.00. Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is FAR13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This is an urgent requirement that became known on 14 February 2025. The Mat Sinking Unit isin desperate need of a contract to pump sewage from the barge twice a week until the PowerBarge 5014 is out of dry dock. The requirement requires four 1,200 gallon tanks to be pumpedtwice a week and cover up to 60,000 gallons of disposal not exceeding $18,000.00.
