## Description

USACE MVK’s Monroe Navigation Project Office had an urgent requirement for the supply of ten custmoized boats to support operations at each of the locks and dams along the J. Bennett Johnston Waterway. Two boats were required at each lock and dam beginning 1 February 2025. The five locks and dams are:

Lindy C Boggs Lock and Dam, Overton Lock and Dam, Lock and Dam No.3, Russell B Long Lock and Dam, and Joe Waggonner Jr Lock and Dam. Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement was 10 U.S.C.§3204(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
