This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 331210, Iron and Steel Pipe and Tube Manufacturing from Purchased Steel, with a small business size standard up to 1000 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a contractor to deliver steel material in support of an off-season project for the Mat Sinking Unit. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all supplies and services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant contract.
