Solicitation Number W912EE24Q0025 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies as needed to perform the complete repairs to all Caterpillar equipment as listed in the scope of work. All work shall be completed within 12 months of award. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
