****FINAL Solicitation Amendment 0003-  The purpose of Amendment 0003 to the Final Solicitation is to notify that Section C has been removed from the solicitation document and is now provided as Attachment 21. Additionally, this amendment provides updated revisions for Attachment 17 (Estimated Quantities), Attachment 18 (Section L), and Attachment B, as well as provide FRP Contractor Questions and Answers dated 08 September 2026. The Amended Solicitation has also been provided. THESE ARE NOTED CHANGES, HOWEVER, IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE AMENDMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IDENTIFY ALL CHANGES.
