## Description

The purpose of this contract is to purchase MathWorks Software Maintenance Service for previously acquired Academic licenses licensed to Armament University as well as to purchase an Enterprise License for MathWorks programs required to meet the DEVCOM AC mission, which Enterprise License will be subject to the terms of the Enterprise License Agreement with MathWorks.
