## Description

4/5/2024 - Added an attachment for the RFP questions and answers. 4/2/2024 - Amendment 02 - Incorporated additional BAA/TAA Clauses and Provisions, and has added another attachment for BAA Certification. 3/22/2024 - Amendment 01 - The instructions to offerors section was revised to reflect the correct location and list the correct ECMs. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services.

The purpose of this acquisition is to award for the 99th U.S. Army Reserve Readiness Division (USARRD), Boston, MA, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years. Please refer to the attached RFP for details.
