## Description

Firms will be required to provide expert facility architecture, engineering, and planning services to support new construction, renovation, additions, alterations, commissioning, and demolition of facilities. The type of work performed will be for secure and nonsecure sites and will include:

planning, programming, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, charrettes, master planning, value engineering, engineering studies, design services (drawings and specifications), estimating, surveying, site/field investigation, analysis, CADD/BIM drawing and document preparation and review, design review, operability and maintenance review of designs, construction and or equipment installation – phased services, commissioning, studies, economic analysis, specification and criteria updates and reports.
