The scope includes the repair of damaged concrete stair landings that cantilever out from the intake and closure wall structures. The scope includes the replacement of stair runner anchors, cleaning & sealing of exposed rebar, cleaning & sealing of handrail anchor posts, and sealing of the newly rehabbed concrete landings.
