## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to perform Grounds Maintenance at Albeni Falls Dam Project. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance at Albeni Falls Dam Project as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached solicitation for further details.

**28 January 2026:**

**3 February 2026:**

Amendment 0002 - Add a site visit for 5 February 2026 (see Attch 4); extend question deadline to 6 February 2026; extend solicitation due date to 13 February 2026. 5 February 2026: Add list of site visit attendees.

**23 February 2026:** Extend due date to 25 February 2026 at 12 p.m. PST. Remove requirement and clauses for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification.
