## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide World War II (WWII) era wood and relocatable facilities preventative maintenance and minor repair.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform WWII era wood and re-locatable facilities preventative maintenance and minor repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). **28 August 2025 - Amendment 0001 to confirm the proposal due date and update the Set Aside Code. **5 September 2025 - Amendment 0002 to provide additional JBLM Gate access information (REAL ID Act). **19 September 2025 - Amendment 0003 to revise 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and extend the proposal due date. **23 September 2025 - Amendment 0004 to revise FAR Clause 52.212-2 and provide an updated Technical Exhibit 4. **2 October 2025 - Amendment 0005 to revise the proposal due date.
