The magnitude of construction for the anticipated contract is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. (2) State the location of the work; The work will be performed on Mud Mountain Dam Enumclaw, Washington 98022. (3) Include tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; Solicitation W912DW26BA002 is expected to be available on the Government Point of Entry, https://sam.gov , no later than October 15, 2025. The Period of Performance is expected to be 300 days from date of Notice to Proceed. Exact Period of Performance will be provided in the solicitation. (4) State where plans will be available for inspection without charge; All plans and attachment will be included with the solicitation. No charge. (5) Specify a date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted; Solicitation closing date, and opening of bids, is expected to occur on November 19, 2025.
