## Description

**Contract Title:** Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Repair, and Minor Construction in support of Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Public Works and Other Customers Supported by the Seattle District Corps of Engineers.The purpose of this $45,000,000 SATOC is for multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair, and minor construction, primarily in support of JBLM Public Works and other Customers supported by the Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

This SATOC will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The individual Task Orders negotiated and awarded under this Contract will be firm-fixed price with an anticipated range of $250,000 to $2,500,000. The majority of work under this Contract will be performed at JBLM. A small amount of work may be performed at the Yakima Training Center (YTC) in Yakima, Washington.

There is a possibility that work may also be performed in Oregon, Idaho, Montana and other areas of Washington for other customers supported by USACE.Task Orders will involve a broad range of multi-disciplinary maintenance and repair, and minor construction work and may include a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior/exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, steam welding, asbestos and lead paint abatement incidental to construction.

Task Orders issued under this contract may also include the following types of work incidental to the project: environmental abatement, erosion control, earthwork, interior/exterior elements, steam welding, mechanical work, plumbing work, system testing, requirements for anti-terrorism and force protection (ATFP), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Low Impact Development (LID), Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA), Energy Policy Act (EPACT), or historical building renovations.The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment and materials (unless indicated otherwise in the specifications) to perform all work in strict accordance with the Base Contract and individual Task Order requirements.

The Contractor is required to maintain a local management office within 1 hour of JBLM in order to receive Request for Proposals (RFPs), sign Task Orders, Notices to Proceed (NTP), process modifications, receive and initiate various contract correspondence, and to provide other engineering and construction management services related to accomplishing individual Task Orders.
