Spillway waterstop work will be performed from the ogee crest of the spillway and will require contractor supplied construction access. Waterstop work at the other locations will be performed from the roadway deck. Diver work will occur from the forebay on the upstream face of the spillway and will include performing an inspection and sealing leaking monolith joints, lift lines, and cracks.
