The facility will be an approximately 20,000 square foot facility that will provide storage for the Fire Emergency’s Services equipment and trailers. The facility includes a minimum of 10 trailer parking stalls, a dedicated foam storage room, a single use ABA compliant restroom, wash bay, and additional utility support spaces. Experience: Demonstrated experience with the construction of fire emergency services facilities, including specialized storage solutions for emergency response equipment and trailers, as well as experience with pre-engineered metal buildings, including integration of large bay openings and vehicle/trailer storage requirements. Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities in remote or extreme climate locations, addressing logistical challenges, material durability, and seasonal constraints. Demonstrated experience with the construction of facilities featuring drilled pier and grade beam-supported foundations, ensuring structural stability in varying soil conditions. Demonstrated experience with MILCON projects, ensuring compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) requirements, and any applicable DoD design & construction standard practices on military installation.
