The manuals shall include instructions on the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and warranty. They shall also include diagrams listing all system components, part numbers, and a list of recommended spare parts. Also included shall be the name, phone and fax numbers, and email address of the contractor, manufacturer, and a distributor where spare parts can be purchased. The following identification shall be inscribed on the covers: OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Contract Name Chief Jospeh Dam Name of the Contractor Contract Number WARRANTY: On all parts, labor, and workmanship shall be covered by a minimum of 2 years or 2,000 operating hours warranty, whichever comes first. The contractor shall thoroughly test the entire system and all attachments prior to delivery. The warranty shall commence upon the date of acceptance by the Government. ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIALS: Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance.
