## Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), NWS, requires A-E Services to support the Military and IIS Program. Services are to be provided under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Architect and Engineer Selection Procedures (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541330 for Engineering Services. It is open to all businesses regardless of size.

The Government intends to award an anticipated eight (8) contracts or more that will utilize a total capacity of $249M for a five (5) year base period with a single two (2) year option period. It is anticipated this MATOC procurement will result in a mixed pool comprised of approximately four (4) or more Unrestricted (UR) awards and four (4) or more Small Business (SB) awards that will share the $249M capacity.
