See Attachment The resulting contract from this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). All work will be ordered via Task Order. No work will begin prior to a Task Order being issued. The full quantities are expected to be ordered over the three year period.

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide perform fieldwork to document current site and district conditions and compile updated Montana Cultural Site Record (CS-R) site forms for 94 sites in the Libby-Jennings Archaeological District (LJAD) at Lake Koocanusa, Lincoln County, Montana. Each of the site form updates, based on current conditions and past work conducted, will include an updated evaluation of eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

In addition to the individual site form updates, the contract will be to compile a National Park Service (NPS) 10-900 Determination of Eligibility (DOE) form for the LJAD that outlines the current understanding of the district, defines the contributing and non-contributing sites, updates the significance criteria, and describes the period of significance for the archaeological district. The final step is to compile a technical report and GIS database of the site data collected during fieldwork. SEE ATTACHMENT
