Project Description: Work is anticipated to include design and construction services for a Parachute and Survival Equipment Shop (PSES) with drying tower, administrative space, parachute secure storage, parachute maintenance, packing, and inspection area. Construct an Individual Combat Clothing Equipment (ICCE) Locker Warehouse for storage of issued gear and equipment in ICCE lockers. Construct Overhead Cover Canopies with adequate clearance for Tactical Vehicles and the Parachute Landing Fall (PLF) training area. Construct an Armory within the existing Marine Corps Reserve Training Center (RTC), Building 9690, for secure storage, maintenance, and issuance of arms. It is the Army's objective that this facility and improvements will have a life of 25-year prior to requiring major renovation. The design and construction should provide an appropriate level of quality to ensure the continued use of the facility over that time period with the application of reasonable preventive maintenance and repairs.
