Panolin America INC is to provide brand name Panolin Biogrease EP1 for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL), required replacements of grease and petroleum products at Albeni Falls Dam, Oldtown, Idaho. These required petroleum products are needed to replace the currently used products that do not meet the Standard Environmental Policy for Oil Accountability at Hydro Operating Projects in the Northwestern Division and Seattle District (See NWS Oil Accountability Policy). Panolin America INC is the only known provider of these specific product. The government will not post a solicitation. The government intends to proceed with this sole source action. The NAICS code is 325998-All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 650 Employees.
