The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires One (1) Standby Emergency Diesel Generator to be delivered to Chief Joseph Dam Bridgeport, Washington. The generator is to be fully enclosed for sound and weather, with integral fuel tank base, integrated load bank and mounted on a step deck trailer. The emergency generator must meet Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 Environmental Protection Agency emission standards. In accordance with 13 CFR 121.406, this contracting action is subject to the requirements of the nonmanufacturer rule. The emergency generator must be manufactured by a small business. No waiver of the nonmanufacturer rule was granted. Please see FAR Clause 52.219-33- Nonmanufacturer Rule.
