## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires equipment, as stated in the attached solicitation, for oil accountability to be delivered to Albeni Falls Dam (AFD) in Oldtown, Idaho. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside for Brand Name or Equal equipment. The equipment shall have the minimum salient characteristics listed in the Purchase Description and meet or exceed requirements as specified for each device. Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance.

Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the product’s condition as specified until the point of acceptance. Payment will be made only after inspection of all shipments. New equipment only; no remanufactured or “gray market” items. The successful contractor shall be required to deliver the equipment to Albeni Falls Dam no later than May 16, 2024. The successful contractor shall also provide documentation, and other items as stated in the specifications.

All deliveries and setup must take place during AFD business hours of Monday through Thursday, 07:00 – 16:00, excluding Federal holidays. There is no one on site to accept Friday deliveries.
