## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the products listed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is a Total Small Business (SB) set aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible vendor, whose quote conforms to the requirement of the solicitation. The Opto 22 products (CLINs 0001 - 0011) are brand name items. A brand name justification is posted with the RFQ. The Potter & Brumfield products (CLINs 0012 - 0013) are brand name or equal items.

The Contractor shall deliver all parts FOB Destination no later than 90 days after award. Deliveries must occur during Libby Dams working hours, 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday (except Federal holidays). There is no one on site to accept Friday deliveries. Contractor’s schedule for delivery should allow enough time. Payment will not be made until all equipment is received.

If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your response. This only applies to the brand name Opto 22 products.
