The Contractor shall deliver all parts FOB Destination no later than 90 days after award. Deliveries must occur during Libby Dams working hours, 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday (except Federal holidays). There is no one on site to accept Friday deliveries. Contractor’s schedule for delivery should allow enough time. Payment will not be made until all equipment is received. Address for Delivery: Attn: Robert Reeves – Technical Section - GDACS (Project), USACE – Libby Dam Project Office, 17877 Highway #37, Libby, MT 59923-7828 Notice To Distributors/Quoters – If you are not the original equipment manufacturer, then consideration for award of contract shall be given only to small business authorized distributors of the Opto 22 items represented in this solicitation. If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your response.
