## Description

The New York District, US Army Corp of Engineers is soliticing lease proposals for approximately 3304 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 3039 Route 50 Saratoga Springs, New York. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately five (05) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
