The facility will be a single-story complex with a u-shaped space opening onto a small deck. It will house open offices with cubicles, six private offices, two conference rooms, four single-user bathrooms, a kitchenette/pantry room, lactation room, storage closets, and a mechanical room. The project scope encompasses incidental demolition, site prep work, foundations, underground utility hook ups, and site lighting.
