## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York District intends to solicit a fixed price contract for repairs to the Drift Collection Vessel (DCV) Hayward. The solicitation will be restricted to shipyards within the boundary deemed safely navigable to reach by the DCV Hayward in its current condition.
