USACE has a need to procure MATLAB software. The contract action will be firm-fixed price Delivery Order placed through the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) system. In accordance with Army Regulation 25-1 CHESS is Army’s required source for purchases of commercial off- the-shelf (COTS) software, desktops, and laptops computers. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties may provide specific information to USACE regarding their product for consideration as to whether their product meets the needs of the Government.
