Attached is a draft statement of work (SOW). The Washington Aqueduct supplies potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. As part of the water treatment and supply system, the Washington Aqueduct maintains and operates the Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), both of which utilize Cationic Polymer in their operations. Cationic Polymer shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B451, latest revision and shall be certified to meet NSF/ANSI Certification 60. Estimated maximum quantity of 400 totes for the five-year duration of the contract with an estimated minimum quantity of 20 totes. This is a synopsis of the requirement ONLY. The Government is exploring the use of a reverse auction as a procurement method for acquiring this product.
