The project also includes the expansion of the multi-level East Campus Parking Structure 4 (ECPS 4) for 1,758 spaces of structured parking. The overall CNMF-MOF parking requirement is 85% of the MOF projected seat count and may be accommodated through the expansion of ECPS 4 and surface parking. All required utilities, connections, and secure telecommunication distribution systems shall be fully integrated into the facilities.
