## Description

THIS NOTICE IS BEING REOPENED TO SOLICIT INDUSTRY FEEDBACK ON SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION PLAN (SBPP) GOALS.

At this point, USACE is considering an unrestricted procurement using the following SBPP goals: SMALL BUSINESS - 8% of total contract value (TCV) SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS - 1.2% WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS - 0.2% HUBZONE - 0.1% VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS - 0.2% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS - 0.1% Please respond with any feedback by Friday, April 25, 2025. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), has been tasked to solicit for and award construction services for the Whitney Point Regulating Outlet (RO) Rehabilitation in Broome County, NY.
