## Description

**Amendment 0002:** Purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date. Please submit proposals to PIEE Solicitation by 11:00 AM EST on 5 September 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

**Amendment 0001:** Purpose of the amendment is to fully note that this acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FY25 Debris Vessel Reynolds Maintenance.

The work may include welding modifications/fabrications which shall be performed by a certified welder. All electrical work shall be performed under the direct supervision of an American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) certified marine electrician. All electrical work shall meet marine standards with materials being “Underwriters Laboratory (UL) Marine Listed”, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) classed, and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) accepted. All paint shall be marine grade paints/coatings.

All work is to be completed to meet manufacturer specifications and installed equipment warranty requirements. All work shall meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Coast Guard standards (U.S.C.G.). All equipment and work shall be warranted to the equipment manufacturer’s warranty standards but no less than 12 months from the date of acceptance of the work.
