**UPDATE:** This requirement is now being solicited under NOTICE ID W912DR25RA028 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB) has been tasked to solicit for and award construction services for the JRL Butterfly Valve and Insulation Replacement in Mineral County, WV. This action will be 100% set aside for small business. This is a synopsis of the requirement ONLY. An official Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE, https://piee.eb.mil) and https://SAM.gov on or around 9 May 2025.
