## Description

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3887 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 1244 North Eisenhower Drive Cranberry Creek Plaza, Beckley, WV 25801. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately ten (10) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
