## Description

USACE is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive janitorial and professional floor cleaning services under a Master BPA covering District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia areas. This BPA is intended to provide a streamlined procurement mechanism for these services.
