The firm must be capable of responding to and working on multiple task orders concurrently. Task orders will be awarded based on the A-E?s ability to accomplish the order in the required time, geographic location, type of services required, capacity, previous installation experience, including customer satisfaction, and performance and quality of deliverables under the current IDC. The task orders awarded on this contract will be firm-fixed price. Task orders will be competed amongst the MATOC holder?s utilizing A/E Selection procedures pursuant to FAR Subpart 36.6 in accordance with EP 715-1-7, the USACE Task Order Requirements Notification (TORN) Process, and FAR 16.505(b)(1).
