This list will then be provided to all pre-qualified offerors. Please note that the list provided to the prequalified offerors is not an endorsement for those companies listed nor is it a requirement for any of the pre-qualified offerors to use or team up with any of the Businesses that respond to the notice. Those interested businesses should provide the following: Offeror's Name, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identifier [(UEI) formally DUNS number], address, NAICS, business size in accordance with the System for Award Management (SAM) and Point of Contact Information that includes email and phone number.
