## Description

Cancelling the RFQ to be either reposted under the same RFQ number or solicitated under a new RFQ number, which will cross reference the original solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure for Camera Inspection and Video Cleaning Services for Tioga Dam and Mansfield Levee System located in Tioga County, Pennsylvania on Tioga River within and between the boroughs of Tioga and Mansfield, PA.

This solicitation is being pursued using FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 and is being negotiated under IAW FAR 13. This will result in one award based on lowest price technically acceptable. The action is a full and open competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $19,500.000.
