Site access to the manholes located on both left and right abutments of Tioga Dam are on steep slopes with vegetation and may require building temporary access routes. Utility lines for toe-drain, storm drain, and sanitary sewer drain will be camera video inspected at Mansfield Levee. Contractor will properly remove all sediment, rocks, debris, and vegetation from the features. Contractor will hire qualified dive crew to preform camera inspection and associated work. Utility lines for toe-drain, storm drain, and sanitary sewer drain (Drainage Structure No. 1, Drainage Structure No. 2, Pump Station No. 1, Pump Station No. 2, and Pump Station No.3) identified on scope figures will be camera video inspected at Mansfield Levee.
